PAYMENT
Full payment is charged to the client's Visa, MasterCard or Paypal account through the PayPal processing center button below or American Express at least 30 days prior to departure.

LATE CHANGE FEE
A late change fee will be applied if tour or transfer dates, times or itineraries are changed at the request of the client less than 7 days prior to departure. The fee will be $50 per segment changed, plus any cancellation charges imposed by vendors.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation policy applies once a service has been confirmed.

More than 30 days prior to travel:
- One $50 service fee is charged to the client's credit card

21 - 30 days prior to travel:
- 30% penalty (or minimum $300 per person whichever is greater)

20 - 15 days prior to travel:
- 50% penalty or minimum $500 per person

Within 14 days or less or NO SHOW:
- 100% of the booking is lost.
